HEAD HRD & GA

Qualifications:

1. Male / Female max 35 years old
2. Min Bachelor Degree / S1 in psychology or law from reputable university
3. Min. 2 years exp. in the same position
4. Having knowledge in HR Strategy, Development, Policy & Procedures, Payroll, Employee Relation and Manpower Regulation, assets maintenance and industrial legal documentation process
5. Having strong leadership and people management skills
6. High sense of personal integrity, discretion, initiative and good judgment
7. A team work player with pl easant personality, hard working, energetic, cooperative and self motivated
