Sebuah Perusahaan Multinasional Tambang Batubara berlokasi di Kalimantan Tengah dan telah berproduksi dengan ijin PKP2B, membutuhkan tenaga kerja professional dinamis & kreatif, mempunyai track record bagus di bidangnya, untuk bergabung dan berkembang bersama kami, dengan posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

Assistant Manager Personnel & Administration

Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to Personnel & Administration Manager, the Successful Candidate will manage  all aspect of  personnel & Administration  activities such as Personnel, General Affairs, Compensation & benefit, training, recruitment, industrial relation,  etc . to ensure all personnel & administration activities are being managed and controlled efficient and effectively.


Detail responsibilities

  • Implementing and recording  personal & administration activities including  administer annual leave, medical record, insurance, business travelling, absence,  telephone, & fax u! sage,  update personnel database  etc.
  • Develop and implement training procedure, training needs analysis and training program
  • Liaise with Institutional Training Company to conduct external or internal training
  • Develop and implement recruitment activities such as system & procedure recruitment, liaise with head hunter or other recruitment service company to get suitable candidate    
  • Develop and implement HR policies and liaise with HR consultant to develop salary structure, performance Management, etc
  • Handling industrial relation matter, and liaise with APINDO, Manpower dept, to ensure the case has been handling in proper way.
  • To liaise with the government officials such as Manpower dept, Local government, etc to ensure our regulation and permit are compliance with Government regulations.


Key requiremen! ts:

  • Bachelor from reputable university in Management, law, psychology or equivalent.
  • Thirty to thirty five  years old, and to be located at Jakarta
  • Having at least 3 – 5 years experiences handling Personnel & Administration  in the manufacturing industry,
  • Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Analytical skill, honest, self control,   results oriented, able to work in a team, and willing to travelling.
  • Trustworthy, respect confidentiality, Mature, independent, proactive and high integrity
  • Good understanding on Indonesian Labour Law and current HR practice
