Job Specification:

A Dale Carnegie® Trainer is expected not only to teach, but also to practice Mr. Dale Carnegie's philosophy, principles and techniques in your life and working environment, and to be a life-long learner. You are therefore expected to be willing:

1. You will be involved in development program to become a certified trainer of Dale Carnegie Training® .
   Anda akan bergabung dalam program pengembangan untuk menjadi seorang Trainer bersertifikasi Dale Carnegie Training.
2. You will be assigned to sales job functions and will be responsible to achieve sales targets.
   Anda akan ditempatkan dalam fungsi sales/marketing dan bertangg! ung jawab dalam pencapaian target penjualan.
3. You will be responsible to maintain relationship with our clients.
   Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan business relationship dengan para klien kami.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, 25 - 35 years old
• Min. 2 years of working experience
• Min. Bachelor's Degree / S1 (any major from reputable universities)
• A Master's Degree would be preferable

Competencies:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate to help others and able to work in teams.
• Confident and highly self motivated.
• Through understanding of current business issues.
• Previous training experience is NOT required.
