We are a Regional company based in Jakarta and have offices in the South Asia. Our business activities are in oil & gas field. We have also acquired coal mines in Indonesia and are now looking for top talents to fill the position below :

Senior HR Executive – Based in Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Govern as a highly disciplined HR Department Executive as an outstanding ethical, effective and efficient HR role model by example.
  • Facilitate setup for the companies overall HR operation and build up structural team in Indonesia.
  • Overall responsible for HR and administration function of the Indonesia mines, including, manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, benefits /compensation, employee engagement, employee welfare, etc .
  • Co-ordinate with Singapore and Malaysia offices to assure that company's corporate and strategic goals are achieved.
  • Fluent in Indonesian manpower law, immigration law, compensation trends and other related issues. Maintain an effective and ethical relationship with all levels of government in respect to human resources matters, particularly with regards to compliance with labor laws, regulations and reporting requirements. !
  • Highly active and able to develop and manage CSR activities for social and environmental issues. 
  • Forecast, Develop and manage monthly/annual budgets for HR and General Affairs (GA) functions based on annual business plan and performance. As well introduce cost effective measures and accountability measures.
  • Establish talent development strategies, leading staff training activities, facilitating employee career development plan and a learning organization.
  • Lead internal and external communication, promoting equity and meritocracy culture within the company which includes weekly, monthly meetings. 
  • Introduce / Develop procedures and technology solutions to improve HR data management, efficient staff performance and as well cost cutting measures.
  • Lead and support divers' initiatives to attract, retain and motivate employees by introducing reward scheme, conducive working environment and as well reprimand ! measures for disciplining.
  • Creating SOP for overall ! HR management and related division. 
  • Also to develop and manage facility management and expatriate / foreign associate management.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION (Essential Personal Abilities/Aptitudes/Skills) :

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Master or specialization in HR is an advantage.
  • Indonesian National only.
  • 8-15 years experience in MNC company, heading HR function with above 5 years at the management level.
  • Industry experience in Mining/ Civil Engineering/ Oil&Gas/ Energy.
  • Strong leadership skills and results oriented.
  • Analytical thinking, highly pro-active, positive and self motivated.
  • Independent, well organized and disciplined, determined, persistent, self-confident and hands-on. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in Human Resource strategic planning and execution. Abl! e to take the organization to the next level
  • Strong ability in setup and re-engineering operations, procedures, formulating policies, and implementing new strategies. 
  • Good knowledge of design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs. 
  • Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law and local government regulations. Understanding Singapore and Malaysia manpower law would be an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good Computer and HR software skills
