EMPLOYEE BENEFIT MANAGER
Description:
- Open & develop new business partnership (corporate/institutional clients).
- Responsible in sales activities (include but not limited to identify targets, initiate meetings with clients, follow up new leads, present product, establish and maintain relationship with clients, etc).
- Liaise with related departments in processing the sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales area from financial industry (insurance/banking), preferably handling corporate clients
- Minimum 3 years in managerial level
- Proficient in English both speaking! & writing
- Strong sales drive with excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
- High integrity with positive mental attitude
- Willing to travel within or outside of Jakarta
