Job Description

The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce, assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree, with maximum age of 38
2. Having knowledge of the principles, policies, procedures, and regulations of personnel management, employee relations and human resources development
3. Having experience in recruitment, training, and compensation benefit area
4. Min 2 years experience as HR Manager or 4 years as Assistant HR Manager
5. Proven ability in management and leadership, with some experiences in handling teams with various background
6. Fluent in English, written and oral
7. Demonstrated commitment or loyalty and integrity
8. Strong in interpersonal and presentation skill
9. Willing to be placed at Bintaro
