We are a growing flexible packaging company located at Bantar Gebang, Bekasi is urgently looking for a Human Resource Manager. We have about 200 employees and the number is growing. 

Human Resource Manager/HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.

• Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, recruitment, retention and payroll.

Requ irements:

Bachelor Degree (S-1) graduate, preferably in Social Science or HR major, Psychology or other relevant fields

At least 2 years experience of managing HR department; hands-on HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment

Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferable

Good understanding of HR principles and practices, especially local labour legislations in Indonesia

Fluency in spoken and written English

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Words
