We are an established company specializing in Marine Logistics and Ports Management would like to invite applicants for the following position:

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – PEKANBARU OFFICE

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure smooth running of project office in Pekanbaru,
  • To arrange for meetings between the Company's senior management & consultants with local government officials and other stakeholders,
  • To assist senior management and consultants in their travel & accommodation arrangements, and
  • To assist relevant Company's personnel in conducting business & market research, if necessary .


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Economics or Business.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants may apply, however, candidates with  2 to 3 years working experience would have an added advantage. 6 months employment contract available.
  • Possesses strong personal initiative, willingness to learn and able to work under close supervision.
  • Possesses good character, integrity and inter-personal attributes.
  • Must be willing to travel and work longer hours.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Domicile in Pekanbaru – Riau.
  • Able to report for duty the soonest possible.
  • Proficient with personal computers, office soft-wares and the internet.
