Training Development Specialist
( Jakarta )
Responsible for new staff orientation, training & development, and performance management processes are developed and implemented in accordance with Plan Indonesia's people and culture strategies, policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor degree Psychology/Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences
Minimum 5 years related experienced, preferably experience in Non Government Organization
Having understanding of Competency Based Human Resources Management
Having understanding of training design, organization and evaluation
Facilitation and negotiation skills
Good English skill both in oral and written communication
!Good computer skill
