Customer Service Coordinator (Based in Cikarang)
The Job
- This position is responsible for the co-ordination of sales activities and for providing administrative support to the sales team .
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate daily order-taking with supply chain, production and warehouse and follow up shipment with manufacturing source or processing office
- Work with sales mangers on product forecast
- Co-ordinate with credit control on monitoring of account receivable
- Monitor inventory control
- Manage customer complains and liaise with logistic/production
- Prepare weekly sales report for the region and support in tracking regional sales performance
- Provide secretarial support to sales team to support sales tracking on action plan and result achievement
- Perform such other duties which may be assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum D1 (preferably D3) in business, computer, marketing, management, secretarial.
- Good attitude, fast learner
- Hardworking and highly motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a good command of written and spoken English
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
