Training Head / Coordinator (Jakarta based)
Qualification :
- S1 degree in Psychology or Management, with 3 years experience in same field
- Understand Organization Management
- Must be able to teach or as an instructor
- Understand Job Analysis & Job Evaluation system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure / deadline
- Able to operate computer (Windows applications, HR system)
