Tender Officer (Jakarta based)
Requirements :
- Female or male, age beetween 25 – 35 years
- S1 all the majors, experienced in the same field for 2 - 3 years
- Thorough, Systematic and Communicative
- Able to speak english well, oral and written
- Able to use computer (MS Office, especially the Words)
- Know and experienced in the tender process and can prepare tender documents
- Preparing the tender requirements & looking for everything related to the needs of the tender so that the bidding process goes well & smoothly .
- Ensure the details of data & content of tender documents eligible the tender.
- Having knowledge of the shipping business including knowledge of oil and gas support vessels.
- Have initiative to fulfill targets & deadlines.
- Have a good work endurance, can work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
