Support Administrator
As an experienced administrator, you'll report to a manager who is based in the US and undertake a range of duties including:
- Editing existing website content
- Adding new website content
- Liaison with Account Managers (all US based) to undertake administrative and website content management tasks as directed
- Coordinating with our graphics design team (Asia and US based) to make minor changes to client site design
- Adding new client email accounts using our email system interface
- Ad hoc website content administration and related as directed.
To secure an interview, you should hold a degree qualification and possess at least 5 years administration experience . Website content management (CMS) experience together with basic HTML knowledge is essential. Advanced English language proficiency (written and verbal) is essential and some experience working with Western companies is highly desirable.
This is a telecommuting (virtual) career opportunity and so you can be based anywhere in Asia provided you have access to reliable, high-speed broadband Internet. You'll work flexible hours from your own home office and liaise with team members in the US, Australia and Asia.
