We are a coal mining company managing mine operations a world class coal terminal in South Kalimantan. To support its business growth, the company is searching for a high potential candidate for the following position :
Secretary (SEC)
This is a Staff position reporting to Marketing Manager . This position is responsible to arrange travel, generate and maintain the filing system. This position also has responsibility in communication and correspondents related to the manager.
Specific requirements to apply :
1. Min. Bachelor degree (S-1) in related major from reputable university. 2. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point) 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ideally in both English and Indonesian to liaise with internal/external contacts. 4. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 5.Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented. 6.
