Benefits Consultant (Indonesia)
As a result of growth in the region, they are looking for a Benefits Consultant inIndonesia, reporting to the Benefits Director -Indonesia.
The position will support the development and delivery of top quality retirement and benefits solutions in the areas of flexible benefits consulting, group benefits and health care, insurance and financial services, investment and retirement consulting, and retirement fund administration.
- Interact with clients on a daily basis and lead preparation of client deliverables at client meetings;
- Prepare and draft reports for clients, including exhibits, summaries, and recommendations;
- Proactively solve client problems and challenges, and maintain an excellent relationship with clients, with a view toward generating new business opportunities;
- Develop work/project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Monitor progress and deliver progress, scope and budgets, and participate in bill preparation and review.
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in Actuarial Science, Math or Statistics;
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment;
- Passed a minimum of 5 exams and have plans to pursue the exam requirements of the Actuarial Society of Indonesia or equivalent Actuarial Bodies;
- Strong project management skills, with a track record in managing multiple and challenging deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English language, as well as Bahasa Indonesia;
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively;
- Strong client relationship, management skills, and proactive in meeting customer's needs.
