HR & GA MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all HR & GA activities, programs, and administration in the areas of personnel management and services, operational retail, industrial relations, and compensation & benefit programs are maintained
- Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objective of HR management are met
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Minimum 35 years old
- Minimum bachelor degree of Human Resources Management or any other related field from reputable university
- Experience min . 5 years in the same field as manager
- Retail backgrou! nd is a must
- Excellent knowledge in Human Labor Law, PKWT, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affairs
- Excellent communication & fluent in English
- Able to work under pressure
