Deskripsi Pekerjaan:        

  •   Menerima dan melayani telepon dari nasabah
  •   Memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan nasabah
  •   Membantu nasabah untuk mengidentifikasikan dan mengatasi permasalahan
  •   Membuat laporan mengenai masalah nasabah dan penyelesaian yang diberikan

Kualifikasi:

  •    Pria/wanita, usia maksimal 27 tahun
  •    Pendidikan D3/S1, semua jurusan
  •    Memiliki kualitas suara yang baik
  •    Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan berbicara secara efektif
  •    Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris AKTIF
  •    Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
  •    Pekerja keras, pintar, dan berpenampilan menarik
  •    Bersedia kerja shift
  •    Mampu menggunakan komputer terutama Microsoft Office
