Training Officer – Service Quality Department
Key Responsibilities:
Training
- Provides refresher training, soft skills and product training for Services staff
- Provides induction training of Service Quality staff to walk them through their job function
- Liaise with relevant departments on new product offerings and ensure staff is familiar with the features in communication with customers.
- Designs the induction training program in conjunction with HR to ensure that new incumbents to Services have a comprehensive understanding of their job functions in relation to other departments required to perform their daily functions well.
Training Needs Analysis
- Performs Training Needs Analysis and to consult with the Service Quality Manager on updates and gaps in staff knowledge for topics to be trained on a monthly basis.
- Performs Product Examination Analysis to determine training needs of the CS staff
- Delivering the product examinations designed by the SQM and reporting the findings and trend of the results
- Recommend needed external training programs from the training needs analysis (if relevant)
Administrative
- Maintain a repository of the training files of each individual to plot their growth in knowledge and identify gaps for training
- Ensure training attendances of staff and amount of training hours of each staff are met.
- Design PowerPoint training slides and training materials
General
- Aids in additional company initiatives that supports the Company Vision and Mission e.g. cross-selling training initiatives. etc
Requirement:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Business or other related course or Certification in Training or has previous training experience for more than a year
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Training
- Required Languages: English and Mandarin
- Able to train in both the English and Mandarin languages fluently
- Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate in the learning and development of staff
- Display ability to cope under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Self motivated, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Technically proficient in MS Office Applications and has good presentation skills
- Position holder must be willing to work in Makati City, Philippines in a multi cultural environment.
