HR & GA MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department
- To determine, monitor and analyse the manpower requirements of all departments and assist in the manpower planning for the organization
- Review, recommend and facilitate the implementation of HR procedures and policies that are in line with the organization's business objectives
- Assist with annual manpower budget, salary reviews, execution of Annual Performance Review, and advising, mediating and ensuring the documentation of staff disciplinary issues with employees, line managers and the HR Department
- Establishing needs, organizing and conducting training programs and measuring effectiveness and feedback .
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Holder from reputable university
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in managerial capacity for managerial position
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be a team player and ability to work in a collaborative environment, multi-tasked flat organization
