Requirements
• • •	Graduate from reputable university, majoring in management or secretarial. Maximum 30 years old. Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply,having administrative support experience will be plus.
Responsibilities
• • • • •	Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of CEO. Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and managing appointments . Making travel arrangements & reservations. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc. Doing administrative support duties.
