Requirement:

• Must have proven good solid experience in Human Resources Department for 10-15 years.
• Ability to overall management strategy in staffing planning, recruiting, hiring, training and development, performance planning, management and improvement and succession planning.
• Ability to manage policy development, documentation and implementation; oversees employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
• Ability to manage external employment agencies, recruiters and temporary staffing agencies.
• Expert in Indonesia Employment Law and Employee relation and communication .
