Requirement
- Graduated from a well known university from any major
- Minimum 3 years working experience as Manager in Human Resources area, especially handling people development and staff training
- Male/Female, age 30-35 years
- Have excellent English both oral and written
- Computer literacy & good administrative
- Innovative/ creative, yet analytical with a good ability in understanding and managing complex situations;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - can express ideas and exchanges information clearly and persuasively .
- High level of personal integrity and uncompromising personal ethics as well as ability to profess the company's corporate values of empowerment and trust;
- Able to work under pressure & both independent or in a team, multi tasking with minimum supervision
- Highly motivated, able to work hard, posses initiative
- Trustworthy, loyal, keep confidentiality
