HR-GA RECRUITMENT & TRAINING STAFF

This position will be primarily responsible for recruiting & training our employee based on the company needs . Organizing and developing the human resources recruitment & training procedures so it will impact a positive result for the company. You had to understand the interviewing method, assessment, training need analyst, and also human relations concept. Interested candidates should be male or female (max. 28 years old), min. Diploma degree in human resources management with min. GPA : 3.00  (on a scale of 4). Previous working experiences at least 2 years in manufacturing industries or any related ceramics industries at the same position.   

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

You should be good in computer literacy especially Microsoft Office 2003 - 2009. Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, a! bility to work under pressure. Highly result-oriented by maximizing the work result as a team. You should proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable Mandarin spoken also.
