ASSISTANT HRD & GA MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree
- Having min. 3 years experience at the similar position in manufacturing industry
- Experience in managing recruitment, training & development
- Deep understanding on government regulation, industrial relation, Jamsostek, and HR/GA management system
- Good leadership and communication skill
- Fluent in written & verbal English
- Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 requirement is an advantage
