RECEPTIONIST
Job Description:
- Receiving telephone calls/guests in a pleasant, courteous manner
- Represents the company image as the front office stage
- Handling administration activities such as correspondence and other documentation
- Work closely with the Receptionist/Telephone Operator as a team to accomplish satisfactory and productive results
Requirements:
- Female , with max . age 27 years old
- Having min. graduated from Senior High School (SMA), preferably from Diploma majoring in Secretarial
- Have a minimum of 2 (two) years experience, preferably as a receptionist or guest relations officer
- Good looking and well groomed
- Fast learner, discipline and independent
- Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
- Ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone
- Be a team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative
- Maintain a positive attitude; honest, be self motivated, responsible and resilient
- Attractive, pleasant personality, customer service oriented
- Fluent in both oral and written Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to communicate well and good interpersonal skill
