Junior Consultant (for Human Resources)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partners with project leader in design and delivering services to clients
- Partners with clients in implement consultancy services
- Ensure the execution of project as client's contractual obligation
- Support the administration on project management
- Facilitate internal coordination on client's project base
Requirements:
- S1 any discipline from reputable university
- Min 2 years experience in any industry
- Strong analytical & logical thinking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership potential
- Hands-on and result oriented
- Self-motivated
- Adaptable to various working atmospheres and able to deal with different kinds of clients or people
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer literate – Ms . Office (word, excel, power poi! nt)
