PT Angels Products adalah sebuah Perusahaan Produsen Gula terbesar di Indonesia dengan kapasitas produksi 1000 TMPT (ton melt per day), membutuhkan Professional muda untuk menjadi bagian dari Perusahaan kami, menjadi:

HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• This position will the HR Manager in all aspects . Responsible for Training and Recruitment.
• Fully support the Company in improving the Compensation & Benefits and Company Policies
• Responsible in managing the HR database accordingly
• Building strong relationship with Manpower office in order to align the Company Policies accordingly

Requirements:

• Male/Female, Not more tha 40 Years old
• Background of education in Legal
• Having 4 Years Experience in the same field
• Understanding Human Power regulation/ UU Tenaga Kerja/ UU Serikat Pekerja
• Good Communication in English (writen and spoken)
• Having experience working in multinational companies or consultig firm
• People person, result oriented, multi tasking and open minded
