GUEST RELATION OFFICER/Customer Service Executive

Job Contents:

• Manage incoming call
• Manage Clients
• Manage letter and incoming documents
• Ensure all Company policies & procedures are followed
• Contact & Maintain close! relationship with existing & prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3
• Female
• Great personality & good appearance , e! nergetic & passionate to learn
• Have experience as receptionist or customer service minimal 1 - 2 years.
• Good administrative & tidy & detail-oriented.
• Good persuasive skill & communication skill & service oriented.
• Able to communicate basic English is preferable
• Have initiative and able to work alone & in a team.
• Able to operat! e MS OFFICE programs, especially MS Words & MS Excel.
• Willing to work on a shift system
