Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities

  • Awareness of Labor Rules and Policies, To handle full spectrum of human resources and employee relations, manpower planning, Leave & Attendance Record, and Employee Movement Report and Data Base
  • Awareness of payroll functions
  • Able to handle training and development program
  • Able to supervise and handling recruitments and can do negotiation
  • Having experience in HR field for more than 4 years
  • Expert in MS. Office
  • Able to develop and implement the HR Strategy and action plan for ensuring that the skills, knowledge and attitudes of staff are developed in line with organization goal
  • Leadership Qualities
  • Counseling skills
  • Having ability to manage and convince employee

Executive Recruiter
Responsibilities :

  • Only Telecommunication (GSM /CDMA)  backgroun! d required
  • Prior experience as Recruiter in Telecom Industries (GSM /CDMA) is preferred
  • Able to do screening process as per requirements
  • Able to Analyze the personal traits of candidates
  • Expert in MS. Office
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Good Team Player
  • Hardworking
