A nickel mining company is looking for high caliber candidate to join our team as:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure HR department related to recruitment, personnel administration, compensation and benefit, industrial relation, CSR and other aspects in HRD in line with the company policies and government regulation in order to support and achieve company goals .

Requirements:

• Male, min. 30 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree in Law/ Psychology/ Management.
• Min. 5 years as HRD and min. 3 years in managerial position.
• Well understanding about mining operation (facilities, manpower, etc.), strongly recommended.
• Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Willing to work in Sulawesi Tenggara.
