HR OPERATION MANAGER

General Responsibilities:

• Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and administration in the areas of personnel management and services, industrial relations, general affairs and compensation & benefit programs are implemented .
• Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met.
• Ensure relations with Union and Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained.
• Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements.
• Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on events and / or other activities aimed at developing good community and employee relations

 

Qualifications:

• Having minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management
• Possessing at least (8) years of related experience in managerial position
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill, including in oral and written English
• A fast learner, self motivated attitude and able to work independently under pressure situation and tight timeline
• Computer-literate
