HR Executive

Responsibilties:

Handling Staffing function of the company, in charge of recruitment and selection functions
Working with HQ, Singapore in recruitment and selection
In charge of new staffs orientation as well as on boarding till new staffs are familiar and stable in the company
Developing systems and policies regarding recruitment and selection
Involved in projects for improvements and enhancing the functions

Requirements:

At least a degree in any field, preferably in HR
Applicant should have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years specialization in recruitment and selection
Familiar with Indonesia, Batam employment laws, culture and environment
