Recruitment Assistant Manager (RAM)

Responsibilities:

  • Supports senior staff in consulting business managers on a variety of HR issues .
  • Participates in the hiring process.
  • Provides basic process support, training and employee relations coaching for employee.
  • Assists with basic employee relations issues and employee filing.
  • Assists with basic compensation functions.
  • Support key HR processes for generalist team.
  • Understands hiring and college recruiting processes.
  • Completes assignments under regular supervision.


Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 Degree from reputable university
  • Male & Female, max 35 years old
  • Minimum 3 years experience (in Supervisor position) in Recruitment process, Counseling, and Training. Previous Experience in heavy industry is an advantage
  • Excellent depth interview skill (preferable for Behavioral Event Interview or Competency-based Interview)
  • Excellent Training & Facilitation Skill
  • Excellent English communication skill both spoken and written
  • Good level of IT literacy (Ms Office)
  • Detail oriented, independent, work great under pressure, mature and committed finish the task
  • Ability to work effectively and proactive within team environment
  • Able to take responsibilities seriously, working under pressure, hardworking & result oriented, fast learner & independent as well as a team player
