BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION ANALYST

Qualification :

• Min D3
• Have at least 2 year similar experience
• Have good knowledge of Benefits and Compensation  
• Have good of analytical Benefits and Compensation

General Requirement :

• Have certificate Basic Safety Training, Food Handler training  and Passport or Seaman Book
• Have experience in four stars hotel preferably 
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written  
• Have a good knowledge of HSE standards, administrative works of day to day camp operation and office computer skill
• Have  interpersonal relation, leadership and communication skill preferably
• Willing to be assigned  in any place within Indonesia
• Able to work under pressure
