Required :
- Male/Female, max 35 years old,
- Have graduated from Bachelor Degree in any major,
- Organizational Design,
- Job Evaluation (Grading System use hay group or mercer tools),
- HR business process & SOP,
- Heve deep extensive Experience in Organization Development field,
- Fluent in English is a must .
