URGENTLY REQUIRED
HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF (GENERALIST) – Code: HRGA
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university and any background (preferable from Law)
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in similar responsibilities, such as: personnel administration (job evaluation, KPI, etc), compensation and benefit (e.q.: payroll, Jamsostek, PPh 21, insurance, etc) and learning and d evelopment and general affairs spectrum
- Full of initiative, ability to work as a team player, result oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervise
- Good communication, interpersonal skill and proficient PC skills
- Have depth understanding about labor law and good relationship with government institution
- Excellent in English and management skills
- Discipline, creative, critical thinker, organized, responsible, works in a team oriented
- Highly self motivated, concept development and up to date mind set
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
