- Male/female
- Max 30 years old
- Live in Jakarta area
- Minimal 1 year of experience in design/advertising/digital agency
- Marketing/advertising/design background with minimal education of D3/S1
- Able to handle multiple accounts independently
- Hardworking, honest, responsible, communicative, attention to details
- Good command in written & spoken English & Indonesian
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Other Requirements
- Knowledge of print/web production is a plus
- Understand trend/lifestyle especially in digital marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft.Word, Excel, and Power Point
Job Description
- Works as the conduit for all work orders generated by Account Executive throughout the agency
- Co-ordinates day-to-day activities of the cre! ative team and administrative staff
- Making sure that all work is moving according to schedule on a daily basis
- ensuring information necessary to complete work assignments is documented and communicated to the proper resources
- Maintain records of work flow on all projects, including the Work Order, Job Jacket and Traffic Schedule
