Responsibilities:

• This position will assist the HR Manager in all aspects. She/he will be responsible for the whole HR & GA, Legal operation.

• Responsible for training and recruitment.

• Fully support the company in improving the compensation & Benefits and company' policies

• Responsible in managing the HR database accordingly

• Building strong relationship with Manpower office in order to align the company policies accordingly
  
  

Profile:

• Male/Female, not more than 38 years old
  

• Background of education in legal
  

• Having 4 years experience inthe same field
  

• Understanding Human Power regulatation / UU Ketenagakerjaan / UU Serikat Pekerja
  

• Good communication in English (written and spoken)

• Having experience working in multinational companies or consulting firm

• People person, result oriented, multi tasking and open minded
