We are currently looking for qualified candidates to be placed in the position :
HRD MANAGER
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Min S1 majoring in Law or Psychology
- Min 3-5 years working experiences in HRD
- Good knowledge about Human Resource, especially in HR Policy, Procedure, Job Description, Labor Law, SOP, Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development
- Good knowledge of Indonesian Law
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Computer literacy is required
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure
- Excellent Communication Skill, Professional, Good Motivator, Good Listener, Strong Personality,
- Creative, Honest, Having Good Logic & Strong Analytical ability
- Have the ability! to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills
- Good performance and good communication skill
