We are currently looking for qualified candidates to be placed in the position :

HRD MANAGER

Requirements:

1. Male / Female
2. Min S1 majoring in Law or Psychology
3. Min 3-5 years working experiences in HRD
4. Good knowledge about Human Resource, especially in HR Policy, Procedure, Job Description, Labor Law, SOP, Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development
5. Good knowledge of Indonesian Law
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
7. Computer literacy is required
8. Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure
9. Excellent Communication Skill, Professional, Good Motivator, Good Listener, Strong Personality,
10. Creative, Honest, Having Good Logic & Strong Analytical ability
11. Have the ability! to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills
12. Good performance and good communication skill
