CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR (CRC)
General Job Descriptions:
- To manage the whole operations of branch, service quality for customer, as well as other information related to customer services
- Handling and monitoring customer complains
- To implement the Customer Service program and its development
- Preparing reports of branch activities and customer services
Requirements:
- Female, max 28 years old
- Graduated from D3 any discipline
- Having minimum 1 years working experiences as CUSTOMER RELATION (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Computer Literate (MS.Office)
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to handle customer complains
- Having capability to work in a time constraint
