As a TTi technical trainer you will provide educational and technical training, in line with TTi and its customers, on a core study of components to apprentices, post-trade employees and external customers.

Main responsibilities;

• Plan, deliver and review pre-trade and post-trade learning programs to internal and external customers.
• Conduct training and assessment activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities, improvement of course curriculum.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of all training resources.
• Manage student behavior.
• Refer difficult issues to the manager(s) for advice & corrective measures.
• Maintain contamination control standard using facilities for training.
• Maintain good housekeeping in and around the classroom facilities.

These roles will be set amongst an established training team providing world class support and technical backing.  You will be required to update and develop training documentation, coupled with being proactive in planning and organizing training requirements to meet the national business plan.

Essential Criteria;

• Ability to deliver machine system training.
• Ability to deliver pre trade and post trade training.
• Ability to travel in the country and abroad (when required).
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer experience in Microsoft applications is a necessity.
• Ability to work in a Team environment.
• Able to work within set time limits – constraints.

Preferred criteria;

• Previous experience in a training and assessor role (min 5 years experience).
• Previous experience in developing training materials.

Expected that you will have;

• Mechanical trade qualification, a minimum of a technical college degree.
