HRD Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, single maximum 32 years old
- Work experience 3 - 5 years in HR & GA
- Job Location in Cikarang - Indonesia / Delta Silicon
- Minimum D3/Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Management
- Expertise in handling of HR activities such as : Organization Behavior & Human Resources Management areas for HR Planning & Strategic.
- Responsible for Recruitment for Operator and Staff
- Responsible for maintain Compensation & Benefit
- Handling Industrial & labor relation issues
- Good knowledge in Indonesia employment legislations laws and practices .
- Experience in handling investment Document & Expatriates document
- Maintain Payroll System & Jamsostek and Health Insurance
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English both oral and w! ritten
