PT. Utami Jaya Mulia (PT.UJM) is subsidiary company of Double A (a Public company in Thailand), Double A (1991) Public Company Limited, which registered their company in Indonesia. Our power plant business in Thailand has been rapidly growing to meet the demand of the manufacturing industry development in our region. Our total power plant capacity currently is 300 MW and estimated requirement forecast will be double by year 2011. PT UJM task is to supply coal to subsidiaries companies under Double A group and outside customers .

HR Officer

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance, monitoring and employee counseling .

The HR shall be responsible for:

  • Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff. Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place, provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions, provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations, identify training and development opportunities, organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities, process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures, provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles, provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans, provide staff o! rientations, access funding for training and write proposals.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues.
  • Perform other related duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder, graduate from Indonesia top 10 University or top 5 in Human Resource, Management or law field in Indonesia.
  • At least 1-3 years HR working experience.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Good English skill, both in oral and written.
  • Good at computer operation skills.
  • Adaptable, strong ability and desire in learning.
  • Be able to work independently and maintain a high level of! discipline.
