TC Services Support

Responsibilities:

Collecting invoices attachment documents within Schneider and customer as well such as: Original PO, BAST, and contract amendments, make project schedule, detail project filing, retention's follow up includes document evaluation and attaching in an invoice.


Requirements

  • Graduate from D3 from Administration/Computer/ Informatics  Management
  • Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Ms. Project
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Good in communication skill
  • English Active both Oral & Written
  • Contract Based
  • Will be located at Ventura
