HR Executive (Recruiter)

Responsibilities:

  • Closely liaise with respective business units on their manpower planning and recruitment requirements on a monthly basis
  • Ensure that manpower headcounts are pre-approved by Management and the manpower headcount list should be updated whenever applicable
  • To update / create job description together with the Business unit Manager of existing and / or new positions / openings
  • Post job advertisements in the relevant job portals and administer the recruitment accounts
  • Ensure that the job portal accounts are well managed
  • Screen, shortlist, interview, evaluate and select suitable candidates and propose selected candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate all recruitment procedures between hiring manager, candidate, and HR Manager (Job Offers) wherever applicable
  • Conduct background / reference checks on prospective candidates
  • Propose ! other forms of recruitment methods, handle referrals from all channels and improve existing recruitment strategy
  • Create and maintain an active CV database for quality candidates
  • Plan and propose retention programs for existing employees (including Team Bonding Projects)
  • Initiate on board requirements for both expatriates and local employees
  • Provide induction to employees from commencement to exit
  • To be the main administrator for all  internal HR intranet related matters
  • Track and ensure probation/performance review is completed before the cut off date
  • Handle staff's P-file and other documents with care and confidentiality
  • Coordinate and liaise with external vendors when required
  • Expect to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution in favor of the company's goal, vision and mission .

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Human Res! ources or related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience as a recruiter in a fast paced environment
  • Requires experience in dealing with HR related matters
  • Bilingual and fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Preferably someone who is patient, meticulous, organized, independent, proactive and out-spoken
  • This is a full time position
