Administrative Coordinator for Sales and Engineering Dept.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Gathering, adapting, storing and distributing information within the company.
  • Using information systems . e.g. Internet.
  • Providing specialised support to other departments and managers.
  • Providing document and telecommunication management.
  • Planning, organising, and controlling sales and engineering administrative functions.
  • Rendering a service to other functions within the organisation.
  • Follow up new customer with cold call or other references.
  • Help to manage the many fields of work which the employees carry out.
  • Ensuring that human and material resources are correctly utilised.
  • Meeting with other members of management and planning for the future.
  • Follow up on projects to determine whether they adhere to a predetermined project completion date and progress.
  • The conduct of surveys and studies and collection of administrative and operational information on any problem regarding them. It includes analysis of reports and findings on solutions, methods and procedures.
  • Should have the initiative to know all the rules, regulations and policies that governs a unit to which he as an administrative coordinator is assigned.
