OPERATION MANAGER – Healthcare (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be reporting directly to General Manager of Healthcare Division, and be responsible mainly for:

  • Responsible for the daily management of a unit or team, evaluate staff performance and work quality to ensure consistency and adherence to policies and procedures .
  • Responsible for planning and realization of sales in the district and execution of projects and services in order to ensure and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are pro! fitable. Accountable for service delivery processes in the district are executed according to plan and in line with the blueprint processes
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
  • Ensures that the machinery and equipment used have the ability to produce goods and services for the client at an acceptable standard (good logistic management)
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Provides regular two-way comm! unication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as business, supply-chain management, process engineering, or industrial engineering / experience of relate requirements
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance  customer relationships
  • Minimum at least 4 years experience of Account/project management experience
  • Knowledge of government contract management and +Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style (suppliers and  customers)
  • A good understanding of qualit! y assurance, procedures and protocols
  • High level of customer service orientation
  • Change orientated to make business improvements
  • Resilient and able to cope with setbacks
