SALES ADMIN

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting an organization's sales team includes managing schedules
  • Creating sales documents and proposals
  • Generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data
  • Management skills are required
  • Additional possible projects include contacting vendors to request sample products for customers; performing internet research; handling sales rep follow-up calls; system clean-ups; mailings and mail merges; and performing a variety of clerical functions and data entry.



Requirements:

  • Female max. 29 years old
  • Min. D1 Marketing, Management, Economic or business, and Public Relation
  • Min. 1 year experience in Sales Admin (such as: Order Process, Invoicing using system application, etc)
  • Good looking, smart and highly motivation
  • Knowledge on Ms. Office and excellent in Ms. Excel
  • Good speaking of English both written and spoken
  • Willing to hard work and honest
  • In a fast-paced environment, and time-management skills are required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Can work in team well and can work under pressure
