F & B SPECIALIST (Jakarta)
Qualification :
- S1 Production (Hotel Institute/University)
- Male or Female age max 45 years
- Min. 10 years as Chef – Trained F & B Managerial at Golf, Hotel or Catering
General Requirement :
- Have certificate Bas ic Safety Training, Food Handler training and Passport or Seaman Book
- Have experience in four stars hotel preferably
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
- Have a good knowledge of HSE standards, administrative works of day to day camp operation and office computer skill
- Have interpersonal relation, leadership and communication skill preferably
- Willing to be assigned in any place within Indonesia
- Able to work under pressure
